an Electrical Engineer to strengthen our Inductor development team.
In this position you will participate and lead development activities related to new inductor products and applications as well as the development of methods and equipment for testing under application realistic conditions. The development activities relates to both the improvement of existing products as well as developing new inductor concepts and products to meet the required performance and cost demands from the market.
The development work is conducted individually and in projects within the inductor development team as well as in cooperation with other departments and development groups and includes both practical and experimental work, as well as theoretical analysis and reporting. Specific projects are also conducted in cooperation with our sales organisation and customers.
We are looking for you
You should have a Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or equivalent and it is desirable with experience of electric circuits, passive components and/or electromagnetic applications or material. CAD, Mathlab is also desirable. Qualified working experience is desirable but not required.
English, both written and spoken and computer literacy, req. Excel and Word. You like to be responsible for specific development activities and participate and lead development projects. You participate and lead customer development projects and contribute in business intelligence work.
It is important to be able to work efficiently both individually and in teams. The ideal candidate should also take initiatives and efficiently drive assigned tasks and projects striving to constantly improve methods as well as creativity in order to reach the defined targets. Specific projects will be conducted together with customers and other external partners and participation in international conferences is envisaged why some global travelling might be required

The position is located at Höganäs AB in Höganäs in Sweden. The position reports to the development manager.
